Lunar New Year / Chinese New Year

During the Lunar New Year (LNY) we are unable to process or ship any orders due to pretty much the entire countries postal and factory infrastructure shutting down. 

Any orders taken between 1st February 2024 - 19th February 2024 will ship as soon as possible after the infrastructure re-opens. 

About Shipping

Standard Shipping (10-30 business days) (Complimentary): This option is available to nearly every global destination. It's important to note that delivery times are estimated between 10 and 30 days.

Express Shipping (10 business days) : For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer an Express Shipping option. This service utilizes the fastest available shipping method at a reasonable flat rate. We aim to ensure delivery within 10 working days from the order date. Typically, it takes between 2 and 3 days for transit from us to our shipping forwarder, and between 4 to 7 days from our shipping forwarder to you.

Both shipping methods include tracking. For Express Shipping, a tracking number will be issued after it has been handed over to the shipping forwarder, and it may take a few days to update.

Sometimes Aramex is our only viable shipping solution for Express Shipping, if this is a route we need to take we will contact you ahead of time. 

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Important Note: Please be aware that some areas may incur a remote area surcharge from our courier partners, which will be communicated and passed on prior to dispatch. If your selected shipping option is unavailable or requires an additional surcharge, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

Import Duties and Taxes: We have no control over any import duties that my be charged at the country of destination.
