United States & Trumps Tariffs and Trade War with China

Shipments to the US have become more difficult. This is subject to change and isn't something we can control. 

Update - 23/05/2025

Consolidated Shipment - We are currently offering a consolidated shipment from China to the US. Orders will be shipped out each Monday via DHL to the US, we will (for now and we are only able to offer this on consolidated shipments) cover the cost of the tarrifs, once they have arrived in the US, we will then ship out via USPS Ground Advantage within the US. 

Note - you will not recieve a tracking number until the product has arrived in the US.

DHL/FedEx/UPS etc - We are currently shipping these from the UK usually via FedEx or UPS. These shipments currently do not seem to have any tariffs placed on them (at the time of writing), but any charge of tarrifs fall on the purchaser not the shipper. Any orders rejected, or declined due to a tariff charge will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping. 

UPDATE TO THE ABOVE - A customer has been charged import tarrifs on a UK shipment (30/05/2025 @ 00:26 UK time), trying to workout why. Will update with news. 

Update - 27/04/2025 - US Shipments via China Post and Cainiao have currently been suspended. The current process is we are shipping packages to the US via DHL to a central point, and then re-shipping from within the country. 

Shipments were previously suspended about 2 months ago, and they re-implemented them about 72 hours later, so we are hoping that is the case. 

Once shipping is normalised, and a package rejected due to a customs you will only receive a refund once it has been returned to it's original shipping location, and we will take the shipping cost off the total cost of the refund. 

Currently, we are shipping all Fast Shipping orders to the US from the UK, this is limited to Black Probes and Black CNC Mounts.

Standard

Free Standard Shipping (10-30 business days) (Complimentary): This option is available to nearly every global destination. It's important to note that delivery times are estimated between 10 and 30 days.

Standard Shipping is available to the following countries

We are currently unable to provide free standard shipping to United States, Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czechia, Ecuador, Estonia, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar (Burma), North Macedonia, Palestinian Territories, Qatar, San Marino, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Taiwan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Vatican City - If you live in any of these countries, please contact me via the contact form and I will look for alternative options on a case by case basis. 

Express Shipping (10 business days) : For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer an Express Shipping option. This service utilizes the fastest available shipping method at a reasonable flat rate. We aim to ensure delivery within 10 working days from the order date. Typically, it takes between 2 and 3 days for transit from us to our shipping agent, and between 4 to 7 days from our shipping agent to you.

Both shipping methods include tracking. For Express Shipping, a tracking number will be issued after it has been handed over to the shipping forwarder, and it may take a few days to update.

Sometimes Aramex is our only viable shipping solution for Express Shipping if you live in a remote location, they have been pretty good to date (with the exception of for South Africa). 

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Important Note: Please be aware that some areas may incur a remote area surcharge from our courier partners, which will be communicated and passed on prior to dispatch. If your selected shipping option is unavailable or requires an additional surcharge, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

Import Duties and Taxes for non EU countries: We have no control over any import duties that my be charged at the country of destination. 

Import Duties and Taxes within the EU: We are registered for iOSS, allowing you to pre-pay tax prior to shipping, meaning there will be no suprise fee's or surcharges upon delivery. This also speeds up shipments to EU countries.
