Trumps Tariffs

Shipments to the US have become more difficult, I have been told by China Post that they are still accepting packages, but they do expect a small import tariff to be placed on orders shipping out. 

I don't know if the infrastructure to manage and process these tariffs is available or if it has been implemented, so this could cause a delay to your shipment.

We are keeping a close eye on the situation, and will of course work with customers when possible. 

Spring Festival Holiday Update

As you may be aware, China will hold it's Spring Festival celebration between Tuesday 21st January and Wednesday 4th February 2025.

During this time we do not anticipate any delays to our complimentary Standard Delivery once it has left China, but anything that has not been shipped prior to the holiday may be delayed.

Any DHL/FedEx/UPS Shipments may be slightly delayed as our shipping agent will be closed between Tuesday 21st January and Wednesday 4th February 2025

Update 05/02/2025 - All orders are now shipping out, tracking will be bulk imported once all have shipped. 

Standard

Free Standard Shipping (10-30 business days) (Complimentary): This option is available to nearly every global destination. It's important to note that delivery times are estimated between 10 and 30 days.

Standard Shipping is available to the following countries

We are currently unable to provide free standard shipping to Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czechia, Ecuador, Estonia, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar (Burma), North Macedonia, Palestinian Territories, Qatar, San Marino, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Taiwan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Vatican City - If you live in any of these countries, please contact me via the contact form and I will look for alternative options on a case by case basis. 

Express Shipping (10 business days) : For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer an Express Shipping option. This service utilizes the fastest available shipping method at a reasonable flat rate. We aim to ensure delivery within 10 working days from the order date. Typically, it takes between 2 and 3 days for transit from us to our shipping agent, and between 4 to 7 days from our shipping agent to you.

Both shipping methods include tracking. For Express Shipping, a tracking number will be issued after it has been handed over to the shipping forwarder, and it may take a few days to update.

Sometimes Aramex is our only viable shipping solution for Express Shipping, if this is a route we need to take we will contact you ahead of time. 

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Important Note: Please be aware that some areas may incur a remote area surcharge from our courier partners, which will be communicated and passed on prior to dispatch. If your selected shipping option is unavailable or requires an additional surcharge, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

Import Duties and Taxes for non EU countries: We have no control over any import duties that my be charged at the country of destination. 

Import Duties and Taxes within the EU: We are registered for iOSS, allowing you to pre-pay tax prior to shipping, meaning there will be no suprise fee's or surcharges upon delivery. This also speeds up shipments to EU countries.
