About Shipping

Shipping cancellations cancellations to shipments after they have dispatched are very difficult, if you reject a shipment and we do not get it back (as we do not often get it back) we are unable to refund. You are best to accept the shipment, contact us at support@cartographer3d.com and we will arrange a forwarding shipping label. If the order has shipped to you, we will refund you the cost of your order, minus any shipping costs / IOSS fees. 

Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping (5-30 business days) (Complimentary): This option is available to a majority of global destination. It's important to note that delivery times are estimated between 5 and 15 days though some shipments may take longer.

Free Shipping is available for United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, South Korea, Canada, Mexico, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Malta, Greece, Cyprus, Ukraine, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Portugal, Russia, Iceland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Ecuador, Israel, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Japan, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Morocco, Tanzania, Rwanda, Angola.

Express Shipping

For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer an Express delivery - these tend to ship from the UK, and we have seen recently UK - US for example in less than 72 hours. Shipping times via DHL/FedEx/UPS/DPD cannot be guaranteed, and customs hold ups are beyond our control. 

Tracking Both shipping methods include tracking. For Express Shipping, a tracking number will be issued after it has been handed over to the shipping forwarder, and it may take a few days to update.

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Important Note: Please be aware that some areas may incur a remote area surcharge from our courier partners, which will be communicated and passed on prior to dispatch. If your selected shipping option is unavailable or requires an additional surcharge, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

Import Duties and Taxes for non EU countries: We have no control over any import duties that my be charged at the country of destination. 

Import Duties and Taxes within the EU: We are registered for iOSS, allowing you to pre-pay tax prior to shipping, meaning there will be no suprise fee's or surcharges upon delivery. This also speeds up shipments to EU countries.
