Shipping policy

Standard Shipping (10-30 business days) (Complimentary): This option is available to nearly every global destination. It's important to note that delivery times are estimated between 10 and 30 days.

Express Shipping (10 business days) : For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer an Express Shipping option. This service utilizes the fastest available shipping method at a reasonable flat rate. We aim to ensure delivery within 10 working days from the order date. Typically, it takes between 2 and 3 days for transit from us to our shipping forwarder, and between 4 to 7 days from our shipping forwarder to you.

Both shipping methods include tracking. For Express Shipping, a tracking number will be issued after it has been handed over to the shipping forwarder, and it may take a few days to update.

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Important Note: Please be aware that some areas may incur a remote area surcharge from our courier partners, which will be communicated and passed on prior to dispatch. If your selected shipping option is unavailable or requires an additional surcharge, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
